Puerto Vallarta: A Personal Favorite Destination

Puerto Vallarta remains one of my absolute favorite destinations, offering a perfect blend of tropical weather, warm water temperatures, and some of the freshest ceviche and oysters you can find. Every visit is a new adventure, as I love exploring different beaches and hidden corners of the coast. I find there is something magical about waking up early and heading down to the dock to secure a short snorkeling escape before the day fully begins. While I always find myself drawn back to the charm of the Romantic Zone and the stunning beauty of Conchas Chinas, the surrounding region is just as captivating. Taking a 45-minute drive north along the coast to visit Bucerias, Sayulita, and San Pancho is always a highlight, offering breathtaking views that make the journey just as memorable as the destinations themselves.

Romantic Zone (Olas Altas and Los Muertos Beach) -is the vibrant heart of Puerto Vallarta’s coastal life, offering a diverse range of activities that blend relaxation with adventure.

Beach Club Lounging: Spend the day at iconic spots like Blue Chairs or Sapphire, where you can enjoy full-service dining and drinks directly on your sun lounger.

Water Sports: The calm morning waters are perfect for paddleboarding or kayaking. For a bit more adrenaline, you can find parasailing and jet ski rentals right on the sand.

Snorkeling Excursions: Many local pangas (small boats) depart directly from the shore for short trips to Los Arcos Marine Park, where the water temperature is ideal for viewing tropical fish and coral formations.
